Refund Policy

We want you to be sure before you pay, which is why every new user can process 1 minute of video for free.

Unused minute packs

If you have not used any minutes from a pack, you can request a full refund within 14 days of purchase.

Partly used packs

Minutes that have already been used are not refundable. By starting to process a video, you agree that the service is performed immediately, and you acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal for the minutes used.

Failed or poor processing

If a video failed to process, or the result is clearly broken because of an error on our side, contact us and we will restore the minutes to your balance or refund them.

How to request a refund

Email support@removebackgroundvideo.com from the address you used for the purchase, with the payment date. Approved refunds are returned via Stripe to the original payment method; the time for the money to arrive depends on your bank.
